Following last weekend’s Cycle Touring Festival in Clitheroe, this year’s Cycling Europe speaking tour moves on to… Edinburgh in June:
I’ll be speaking on June 8th at 6.30pm in the Pleasance Cabaret Bar (!)…
…and tickets can be purchased via the Edinburgh Festival of Cycling website.
More generally, the Edinburgh Festival of Cycling has built up a formidable reputation in recent years:
“Featuring a wide range of events: from rides (sporty and otherwise), to family activities, to a range of cultural events,ย the Edinburgh Festival of Cycling truly has something for everyone!. The festival was first run in 2013. In 2014 it offered over 80 individual events at 46 different venues, with around 5,000 people from around the world participating. In 2015, the festival got bigger and it had to extended so that we could fit in even more events. The Edinburgh Festival of Cycling has beenย listed as one of Active Traveller Magazineโsย top 10 cycling festivals in Europe for 2017, as well as one of the UKโs best cycling festivals byย The Guardianย andย Total Womenโs Cycling 2016ย (alsoย 2015ย and inย 2014ย too).”
So why not come along, listen to what I have to say and perhaps even stick around for some of the other events. Here’s the festival brochure:
