“Compelling, Interesting, Amusing… Hard To Put Down”

I received the following very nice email earlier this week about Good Vibrations: Crossing Europe on a Bike Called Reggie:

“I’ve just finished the vibrations and ‘good’ they were. I really enjoyed reading about your travels and thoughts on the way (and before). Apart from the obvious success and achievement of doing the job, to me the greater achievement is the way you have told us all about it. I found the style compelling, interesting, amusing (sometimes laugh out loud) and [the book was] hard to put down. A good test of a book for me is the feeling at the end that I’m leaving a friend behind – perhaps you felt the same when the journey ended.”

Guy, Yorkshire

Thanks Guy. Hopefully with the increased availability of the book – see the new links on the homepage of this site – even more people will be able to relive my journey across Europe. Many thanks to you as well if you choose to do so.
