Shake Down for Reggie

That’s what they would call it if Reggie (that’s the name of the bike btwย for any new readers) were a rally car. So far so good. I am blogging from Newbury, a town which is 36 kms from my road in Reading via the Kennet and Avon Canal, or about a third of the distance I need to cycle every day on the EV5. It took me two hours which is fine and the mixed terrain of the tow path has given Reggie plenty of scope to be tested. It’s now midday and I think I will continue down route 4 of the National Cycle Network to Bath and hop on a train back home. More later.
