I like this and sympathise with the guy who has written with it; Reading is not a good place to be a cyclist because of the state of the roads. He writes in his first post at crapreading (don’t hold back mate!);

Many towns have angry people who rant about the awful facilities cyclists have to put up with.
Until now Reading hasn’t had one.
Inspired by the likes of Freewheeler and Bikesnob and by the truly amazing facilities cyclists get in Reading I am going to do the same..
