Haven’t had one of these before but I’ve cycled through some stunning places today… Here’s a couple of pictures to whet your appetite. Full update later in the evening.
It’s funny when reading your blog about your attitude to cruise tourists vs ‘real’ ones.
I noticed the same feeling when it’s taken some effort to get where you are, once after a long trek to the valley of the kings by local transport and donkeys over the mountains I got all snooty when the air conditioned German tourists arrived (not a hater of Germans) and again in the Greek islands when my secluded harbour peace (i thought only accessible by foot) attained by a tortuous path was also accessible from the sea by an ocean liner, cue chaos and noise and the same snootiness. ๐
