The Sydney Morning Herald adds the following which verges on stating the bleeding obvious in the last line;
The bicycle charger models — some with a standby battery time of up to six weeks, FM radio and flashlights — are aimed at users with limited access to electricity, who presumably cycle regularly.
They do make up for it by publishing a picture however 🙂 .
