  1. Thanks for that Massimo; I actually sent an email to the ECF this morning asking them how we could work together to further the development of the Eurovelo 5 – I’ll email you a copy.

  2. Well I feel a lil silly, I didn’t see your tabs at the top with your route outlined…

Your route looks really good! Totally planned out along the canals and bike routes of europe ๐Ÿ™‚ .

    • No need to feel silly Paul & thanks for visiting the blog. 3 days? Wow! That’s going some. Are you an Audax cyclist? Glad you like the route that I have so far put together. It is a bit Heath Robinson but as the ECF (European Cyclistss Federation) have yet to put the meat on the bones of the route itself, I’m left to my own devices when it comes to the detail.
As you are cycling in May / June, please, please, please let me know how you get on as I would love some feedback as to whether the route I have so far come up with is good, bad or indifferent.
      Cheers

  3. Hi Andy,

First of all, nice blog. ๐Ÿ™‚

Second of all, I was wondering if you had any idea if eurovelo 5 has been signposted as of yet? I’m finding very limited info about the route and me and my brother are planning to do the London-Basel bit sometime in May/June (we only got 3 days so we will do as much as possible) but we’ve no idea about the exact route elevation wise and we won’t get far without a clear route.

I’ve done eurovelo 6 st nazaire-basel, bought the usual map, everything was great and was wondering if theres anything like it for eurovelo 5 – this seems like a good place to start asking ^^.

    Cheers,

    Paul.
