Everything has gone to plan! Arrived at the hostel at around 6pm, showered, ate and am now relaxing with the other hostel dwellers, none of whom appear to fit the description of being youths. The first guy I met was 82 and he had just arrived from South Shields on his homemade bike. What a canny man as they say in there parts….
