Just outside Westferry DLR. After my Olympic interview earlier this evening at the Excel Centre (impressive!), I went to meet my friend Paul and spent a good amount of time hanging around watching the many cyclists of London zooming up and down the road outside the train station. Not that many used the Superhighway however… The principle is, however, a good one.

Why do you think no-one was using it? Not aware that it is there (is this bit new?). It’s not user friendly? The route it takes isn’t convenient?
Can’t really comment Chris, sorry… My London years were a long time before the invention of the Cycling Superhighway. I do, however, think they may be a good idea in my home town of Reading where, apart from a few short cherished parts of the road network, we are left to fight it out with the cars…
