The town that keeps on giving. Most places have a nice area and then it stops around the next corner. Bernkastel-Kues just keeps on delivering; every street, every square is more pretty than the previous, and so it goes on… (or so it seems). Chocolate box stuff here on the Mosel. But let’s start with today’s cycling connection and it is… an e-bike charging point in the street. Never seen one of these before and, as you can see, it is aimed at ‘e-bikes on tour’. E-bikes are everywhere in Germany and it’s great to see them assisting those who might have otherwise giving up on the whole cycling thing keep going on two wheels.
