“I’ve just finished the vibrations and ‘good’ they were. I really enjoyed reading about your travels and thoughts on the way (and before). Apart from the obvious success and achievement of doing the job, to me the greater achievement is the way you have told us all about it. I found the style compelling, interesting, amusing (sometimes laugh out loud) and [the book was] hard to put down. A good test of a book for me is the feeling at the end that I’m leaving a friend behind – perhaps you felt the same when the journey ended.”
