The last 5 miles were frustratingly complicated and at one point I was lost. All down to the arse who has blocked one end of the Lambley Viaduct. The route then went to pot. A lack of signs didn’t help. This drink x 2 plus two cans of Coke plus a packet of dry roasted peanuts is a pretty good antidote to the frustration.
